Delivery Coverage
We currently ship orders across India. International shipping will be launched soon — stay tuned for updates.
Courier Partners
We work with trusted delivery partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, and other leading courier companies to ensure your orders reach you quickly and safely.
Order Processing & Dispatch
- Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation.
- For custom embroidery or made-to-order products, please allow 5–7 business days for production before dispatch.
- Orders are processed Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders of ₹999 and above (after discounts, if any)
- For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹75 applies.
- Additional charges may apply for remote or out-of-delivery areas.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro & major cities: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- Rest of India: 4–8 business days after dispatch.
- Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control (weather, courier delays, etc.).
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking ID and courier details, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Prepaid Orders Only
We currently accept prepaid orders only via UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
