Products & Pricing

Order Acceptance

  • Once you place an order and complete payment, you will receive an order confirmation email.
  • Your order will be processed and shipped according to our Shipping Policy.

Payment Terms

  • We currently accept prepaid payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and other options provided by our payment gateway, Razorpay.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
  • All transactions are securely processed through Razorpay’s payment gateway.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship across India. International shipping will be available soon.
  • Free shipping is applicable on orders of ₹999 and above.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only as per our Returns & Exchange Policy.
  • Custom embroidery, personalized, or made-to-order products are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.
  • For sizing issues, exchanges are available only for ready-stock items, subject to availability.

Intellectual Property

  • All designs, photographs, text, and other content on our Site are the property of LabelResha.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

  • LabelResha will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
  • Color variations may occur due to screen display settings and will not be considered defects.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
