Returns & Exchanges
Size Exchange (Ready-Stock Only)
- Exchanges for size-related issues are accepted within 2 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
- The customer is responsible for two-way shipping charges unless the size sent differs from what was ordered.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
- Returns or exchanges are not accepted for custom embroidery, personalized, or made-to-order pieces unless they are defective or incorrect.
Sale/Discounted Products
- Items purchased during sale or clearance events are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Quality Dislike
- If you don’t like the quality, you may return the item within 48 hours.
- Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and with all tags/packaging intact.
Damage or Wrong Item
We accept returns or exchanges only if:
- You received a wrong item or defective product.
- To process claims for damaged or incorrect items, please share clear photos and an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery. Claims without video evidence may not be accepted.
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
Sizing Issues
- For ready stock / non-customized products, we offer a size exchange within 2 days of delivery, subject to availability of the required size.
- For custom embroidery, personalized, or made-to-order products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the size sent differs from what was ordered.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom embroidery, personalized, or made-to-order products (unless defective or incorrect).
- Items purchased during sale or clearance events.
- Products showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery.
Return/Exchange Process
- Contact us at hello@labelresha.com or WhatsApp +919820913006 within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share your order ID, photos of the product, and reason for return/exchange.
- Once approved, we will guide you on shipping the product back to us.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued as store credit or bank transfer, as applicable.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please share clear photos and an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery for assistance.
Note:
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy guidelines.
Keep all packaging and tags until you are fully satisfied with your purchase.
